Renu Govind Gadgil Acquires Shares in PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd.
Pune – March 23, 2026 – Renu Govind Gadgil, a promoter of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited, acquired 6,000 equity shares from the open market on March 20, 2026.The acquisition increased Gadgil's holding in the company to 70,51,000 shares, representing 22.24% of the total share/voting capital and 22.24% of the total diluted share/voting capital. Prior to the acquisition, Gadgil’s holding was 70,45,000 shares, which represented 22.23% of the total share/voting capital and 22.23% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
The total equity share capital of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited is Rs. 31,69,84,000, divided into 3,16,98,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
Other individuals acting in concert with Gadgil include Govind Gadgil, Satyajit Gadgil, Parikshit Gadgil, and Jyoti Paranjape.
