The transaction sees the buyer, Jaipur Enclave Private Limited, acquire the stake for an aggregate consideration of Rs 274 crore.With the completion of this sale, RPPMSL will cease to be a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited. The company confirmed that the buyer, Jaipur Enclave Private Limited, is not affiliated with the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Reliance Industries Limited.
The transaction has been identified as not being a related party transaction.
