Relaxo Footwears Appoints Amit Roy as Chief Financial Officer
Relaxo Footwears Ltd. announced the appointment of Amit Roy as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective April 1, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors during a meeting held on March 26, 2026.Amit Roy brings over 30 years of experience in finance and accounts, treasury, taxation, and corporate strategy. He previously served as Sr. General Manager- Finance at Relaxo Footwears for 13 years, and most recently held the position of VP (F&A) at Caretel Infotech Ltd. (Dalmia Group CO.). He also held the role of Divisional Financial Controller at Jubilant Organosys Ltd. Roy is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and holds a B. Com (Hons.) from Delhi University.
The Board of Directors’ meeting commenced at 12:30 hrs. (IST) and concluded at 16:05 hrs. (IST).
