The company has a liquidity buffer of ₹414 crore, fully funding construction spend for the next year. The cost of debt remains stable at approximately 9.60%. The company reported a 13% EBITDA margin for the first nine months of FY26, with an improved annual margin achieved in Q4 FY26.
