
Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited Receives Approval for ₹338 Crore Copper Clad Laminate Project
Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited has received approval under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) for its Copper Clad Laminates (CCL) project, the company announced Monday, March 30, 2026. The project will see an investment of approximately ₹338 Crore over the next three years to establish one of India’s first fully integrated CCL manufacturing facilities in Vadodara, Gujarat.The approval was formally received by Managing Director Vijay Sanghavi and Seema Sanghavi from Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Railways, Electronics & IT, and Information & Broadcasting, in New Delhi.
Project Details
The CCL project aims to strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities in critical electronic components and enable complete integration. Key project progress includes:- Commencement of operations expected by November 2026.
- Machines have been ordered and procurement is underway.
- Civil work has started.
- Technical collaboration established with an industry-leading machinery manufacturer.
According to Vijay Sanghavi, Managing Director of Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited, the initiative aligns with national initiatives such as Atmanirbhar Bharat, Digital India, Make in India, and the India Semiconductor Mission, contributing to India's self-reliance in electronic components.
The project aligns with policy frameworks from the Central and State Governments, including the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) by the Ministry of Electronics & IT and the Gujarat Electronics Policy (2022-2028).
