Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Announces Trading Window Closure
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, a Government of India undertaking, announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company’s Insider Trading Code and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed for designated individuals and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are released.
