Rane Holdings Limited Announces Changes in Key Managerial Personnel
Rane Holdings Limited (RHL) announced changes to its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) following a board meeting held on March 26, 2026. The changes are effective June 1, 2026.Mr. Siva Chandrasekaran, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will retire due to superannuation, effective May 31, 2026. The board expressed appreciation for his contributions during his tenure.
Ms. S Subha Shree has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 1, 2026. She holds a commerce degree from the University of Madras and a Master's degree in Business Laws from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Ms. Shree has been associated with the Rane Group since 2010 and is currently the Company Secretary of Rane (Madras) Limited. She brings over 22 years of professional experience in secretarial compliance. Her appointment is a result of a reassignment of responsibilities within the group company.
