Rajoo Engineers Limited Announces Trading Window Closure
Rajoo Engineers Limited (NSE: RAJOOENG, BSE: 522257) announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, began on April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to declare the financial results will be announced subsequently.
During this period, designated individuals and their relatives are restricted from trading in the company’s securities.
