Quintegra Solutions Ltd. has announced the commencement of a trading window closure for designated persons and connected persons, effective April 11, 2026. This action aligns with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.The trading window closure will remain in effect for 48 hours following the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
