
Puravankara Announces Portfolio of 30 Projects with Rs 55,000 Crores in GDV
Bengaluru – Puravankara Limited (NSE: PURVA | BSE: 532891), a real estate developer, announced plans to launch 30 projects over the next 24 months, primarily across South India and Mumbai. The planned pipeline includes nearly 51.14 million sq. ft. of developable area, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 55,000 crores.As of 9MFY26, the company has reported pre-sales of Rs 3,859 crores and customer collections of Rs 3,045 crores.
Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director, Puravankara Limited, stated that the company aims to create differentiated products and deliver long-term value to customers and stakeholders.
Mallanna Sasalu, CEO - South, Puravankara Limited, added that developments are designed as integrated communities, with a focus on sustainability, including a pledge to plant 1 million trees by 2030 under the World Economic Forum's 1t.org initiative. The company will reinforce this commitment with the Puravankara 10k Run on March 29, 2026, during which 10,000 trees will be planted.
Puravankara has completed 93+ projects measuring ~56 million sq ft across nine cities. The company’s total land bank is ~38 msft, and ongoing projects add up to 34 msft.
