Punjab National Bank Announces Key Business Points for 25th AGM​

Punjab National Bank has scheduled its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for June 20, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Online Video Audio Means (OAVM).

The meeting agenda includes both Ordinary and Special business items. Ordinarily, the bank will consider declaring a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Special business items include approving the Bank's Material Related Party Transactions and considering and approving the re-appointment of nominated Directors on the Board.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹3/- per equity share of face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders are requested to note that the Record Date for entitlement to the dividend is June 13, 2026.
