The meeting is scheduled to take place at 4:00 PM at the company’s Registered Office in Bhopal.The primary focus of the board meeting will be the review and approval of the company’s financial performance. Specifically, the board will consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and the year that ended on March 31, 2026.
In addition to the financial review, the board has included a provision for any other business, which will be discussed with the permission of the chair and is deemed incidental and ancillary to the company's regular operations.
