
Procter & Gamble Health Reports Q1 Results: Sales Up 7%, Profit After Tax Jumps 45%
Mumbai, August 6, 2026: Procter & Gamble Health Ltd. today announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported sales of ₹356 crores, marking a 7% increase compared to the previous year. Reported Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹96 crores, reflecting a significant rise of 45%.The strong performance in both top-line and bottom-line figures was attributed to robust brand fundamentals, superior retail execution, and positive consumer response to new product innovations. The increase in profitability was driven by growth in sales, strengthened go-to-market capabilities, and improved supply chain management. Furthermore, the reported PAT includes one-time proceeds generated from the sale of an immovable asset. Operational Profit After Tax (PAT), excluding these non-recurring proceeds, reached ₹72 crores, a 9% increase year-over-year.
Milind Thatte, Managing Director of P&G Health India, commented on the results, stating that the company is pleased to commence Financial Year 2026-2027 on a strong foundation. He noted that the sustained growth momentum is enabled by consumer response to science-backed innovations and new consumer communication initiatives, alongside strengthened go-to-market and supply chain capacities. Mr. Thatte emphasized that the company is delivering balanced value creation for all stakeholders through its strategy, which centers on a focused portfolio of quality and trusted brands.
