He joins the company with two decades of experience across various business roles at Procter & Gamble, specializing in growth, transformation, and organizational excellence within businesses spanning Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East, and Africa.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pradhan has held numerous senior leadership positions involving commercial strategy, sales leadership, go-to-market transformation, and customer development. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager for P&G Indonesia, overseeing business performance, growth, organizational capability, and external stakeholder partnerships. Mr. Pradhan began his career at Procter & Gamble as a summer intern. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has an engineering degree from the Marine Engineering & Research Institute Kolkata.
The appointment marks a transition for the company's feminine hygiene business. Mr. Mohit Pradhan is taking over the responsibilities from Mr. Girish Kalyanaraman, whose role at P&G is changing as of July 1, 2026.
