
Prizor Viztech Limited Allots Equity Shares Upon Warrant Conversion
Prizor Viztech Limited announced the allotment of 105,000 equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The decision was made at a board meeting held on March 23, 2026.The warrants were initially allotted on December 09, 2025, to Promoter/Non-Promoter entities, with each warrant convertible into one fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs. 10, at an issue price of Rs. 291 per warrant.
The company received Rs. 2,29,16,250 from warrant holders as part payment for the equity shares. The allotment details are presented in the following table:

Following the allotment, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of Prizor Viztech Limited increased to Rs. 10,79,62,030, consisting of 1,07,96,203 equity shares. The newly allotted shares rank equally with existing equity shares.
