Prism Johnson Ltd. Divests Stake in Three Subsidiaries
Prism Johnson Limited announced the divestment of its entire equity shareholding in three wholly owned subsidiaries on March 30, 2026. The subsidiaries are Venkataramiah Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, Samiyaz Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, and Tescon Buildcon Private Limited. As a result of the divestment, the subsidiaries are no longer wholly owned by Prism Johnson Limited, effective March 30, 2026.Mr. Siddharth Khanna and Mr. Nitin Singrodia are the buyers. Neither individual belongs to the promoter group or group companies of Prism Johnson Limited.
Consideration received for the sales was Rs. 4,31,932 for Venkataramiah Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, Rs. 6,48,510 for Samiyaz Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, and Rs. 10,000 for Tescon Buildcon Private Limited.
