Mumbai, February 16: Global hospitality platform PRISM, the parent company of OYO, has partnered with Beyond Odds Technologies, which operates the skill-based training platform Emversity, to roll out an international Hotel Management Training and Placement Program aimed at enhancing employability among Indian youth in grey-collar roles.

The collaboration seeks to build a structured pathway from classroom learning to global job placements within PRISM’s hospitality network.

Structured Training Model Across India

Under the partnership, Emversity will spearhead classroom and hands-on practical training at its centres across India. The program is designed to equip candidates with industry-relevant skills aligned to global hospitality standards.

PRISM will complement this by offering structured on-the-job training at its Sunday and Palette brand properties in India. This approach aims to bridge the gap between academic instruction and operational hotel management experience.

International Placements Across Key Markets

Following the domestic training phase, eligible candidates will be placed across PRISM’s international operations in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom, according to the company statement.

The initiative is positioned to create a direct employment pipeline for Indian youth, providing exposure to global hospitality markets while standardising training benchmarks.

Focus on Building a Global Hospitality Talent Pipeline

Commenting on the partnership, PRISM Chief Human Resources Officer Dinesh Ramamurthi said the initiative is aimed at nurturing a new generation of hospitality professionals who can meet global brand standards from day one.

He added that the collaboration with Emversity will help standardise training processes and strengthen the company’s talent pipeline across markets.

The program reflects a growing emphasis on skill-based training and international mobility in the hospitality sector, with a focus on structured learning, operational readiness, and global placement opportunities.
