Prima Plastics Ltd. Receives NCLT Order, Sets Effective Date for Demerger
Prima Plastics Limited announced today, March 24, 2026, that it has received the Certified True Copy of the order from the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, sanctioning the Scheme of Demerger between Prima Plastics Limited and Prima Innovation Limited.The Scheme involves the demerger of Prima Plastics Limited (the Demerged Company) and Prima Innovation Limited (the Resulting Company) along with their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
Prima Plastics Limited has designated March 31, 2026, as the effective date for the Scheme. The company will authorize its signatories to execute necessary actions required to implement the Scheme.
