Praxis Home Retail Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code for prevention of insider trading.The trading window will remain closed starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the board meeting to consider and declare the audited financial results for the same period will be announced at a later date.
