The Company confirmed that the Issue concluded on April 13, 2026, following the receipt of application forms and funds in the escrow account from eligible qualified institutional buyers.
The committee determined and approved the financial parameters of the Issue, which included:
- Issue Price: ₹ 370.75 per Equity Share.
- Premium: The issue price incorporates a premium of ₹ 368.75 per Equity Share.
- Discount: The price represents a discount of 5.00% to the floor price of ₹ 390.26 per Equity Share, equating to a discount of ₹ 19.51 per Equity Share.
Furthermore, the directors approved the allocation of 67,430,883 Equity Shares to be allotted exclusively to the eligible qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) in this placement.
In addition to setting the terms, the Board approved and finalized the confirmation of the allocation note to be sent to the eligible QIBs. The directors also adopted the placement document dated April 13, 2026.
