Poddar Pigments Ltd. Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results
Poddar Pigments Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This action adheres to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This measure is intended to prevent insider trading and ensure fair market practices.
