PNC Infratech Limited Board Approves Financial Results, Recommends Dividend, and Appoints New CFO​

• Internal Audit: The company appointed IWS Sudhir Kumar Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee.
• Cost Audit: M/s Gaurav Jain & Associates, Cost Accountants, were appointed as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment is contingent upon the ratification of the remuneration payable to the firm at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO): The Board approved and designated Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain, the Managing Director, to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
