Piramal Finance Limited has issued a corrigendum concerning its Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, clarifying a clerical error related to the designation of Mr. Anand Piramal at Piramal Realty.The company stated that an inadvertent typographical error was made regarding Mr. Anand Piramal's title in relation to Piramal Realty within the reports, which include the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
It is now clarified that Mr. Anand Piramal does not hold the position of Executive Director at Piramal Realty. Consequently, his designation as reflected on pages 130 and 583 of the relevant documents must be read as 'Director' instead of 'Executive Director'.
Piramal Finance Limited confirmed that all other contents of the reports remain unchanged by this corrigendum. The revised Reports incorporating this correction are available on the company’s website.
