Piccadily Agro Industries Announces Trading Window Closure​

Piccadily Agro Industries Ltd. announced today, March 23, 2026, that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated individuals and their relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This closure aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct regarding insider trading.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The date for the consideration of these results will be communicated subsequently.
