Physicswallah Ltd. Completes Acquisition of Nextseed Foundation
Physicswallah Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of Nextseed Foundation on March 18, 2026. The acquisition involved the purchase of 100% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of Nextseed Foundation.The purchase consideration for the acquisition was 100,000 Indian Rupees. As a result of the acquisition, Nextseed Foundation has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Physicswallah Limited.
Previously, the company informed the Board of Directors’ approval of the acquisition on February 5, 2026. A detailed disclosure related to the acquisition was previously submitted on the same date.
