PG Electroplast Limited announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed for directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are declared.
