ACL Alchemy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Petro Carbon and Chemicals Limited, held a 50% stake in Vishal Industries, which was operating as a partnership firm. As of July 8, 2026, the Firm has been converted into a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, and is now ACL Petro Products Private Limited.

Following this conversion, ACL Alchemy continues to hold an equivalent 50% stake in ACL Petro Products Private Limited.
