The results showcased steady growth across key metrics, including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and profitability.

Key Highlights and Operational Strengthening
PDS delivered double-digit growth in GMV, which rose 11.1% year over year (YoY) to ₹5,146 crore. The company's order book expanded by 23% YoY, reaching ₹6,095 crore, indicating strong future visibility.

The financial health of the organization also improved significantly during the quarter. Revenue increased by 14.8% YoY, and Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 42.7% YoY. Furthermore, PDS strengthened its balance sheet, managing to improve net working capital to 1 day and reducing net debt by 73% to ₹29 crore.

Strategic growth and partnerships were highlighted as key achievements. The company secured marquee mandates with Family Dollar, a leading French retailer, and Pentland Brands, with a combined annual business potential valued at US$330 million. PDS also partnered with Busana Apparel Group to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Management Commentary
Pallak Seth, Executive Vice Chairman, commented on the results, stating that "The year has begun with encouraging momentum, with broad-based growth across our platform reflected in higher GMV, revenue growth and a healthy order book that provides strong visibility for the quarters ahead." He added that PDS continues to strengthen its strategic positioning through marquee customer wins and partnerships, allowing it to help customers build more agile, diversified, and resilient supply chains.

Sanjay Jain, Group CEO, noted that the quarter marked an important step in strengthening PDS’ financial foundation. "Disciplined cash management and tighter working capital controls enabled us to improve net working capital to 1 day and reduce net debt by 73%, significantly strengthening our balance sheet," he stated. He also mentioned ongoing investments toward profitability and strategic rationalization, noting that the company has embarked on a digital and AI transformation journey intended to fundamentally enhance productivity and operating leverage.
