Patel Retail Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Mumbai, India – March 23, 2026 – Patel Retail Ltd. announced today the closure of its trading window for designated individuals. This action aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will be closed starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
During this period, directors, employees, connected persons, designated individuals, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company’s securities.
Patel Retail Ltd. will communicate the date of the board meeting to approve the audited financial results (standalone) in due course.
