Corporate Governance and AGM Details
The Board of Directors reviewed and approved the necessary notices for the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other AudioVisual Means (OAVM).To ensure a fair process for the AGM, M/s Deep Shukla & Associates has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for conducting Remote E-Voting and E-Voting processes.
