Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd. has scheduled a Board Meeting of Directors to review the company's financial performance for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. The meeting is set to take place on Tuesday, 12th May, 2026.During the meeting, the Board will consider and adopt the audited financial results, along with the corresponding audit report, for the period ended 31st March, 2026. A key item on the agenda is the consideration of the recommendation for a final dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2026, if applicable. The Board may also discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
