As part of this concluded transaction, the company has already handed over possession of the said property to the buyer.The sale transaction was previously disclosed by Paramount Cosmetics on 13.02.2026, concerning the transfer of the asset. The deal received approval from the company's shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on the same date.
Regarding the ongoing process, the buyer is currently engaged in completing the necessary registration and other related formalities for the property transfer and registration in their name.
