Paramount Communications Limited Reports Share Acquisition by Promoters
Paramount Communications Limited announced that it received disclosures from Whole Time Director & Promoter Sanjay Aggarwal and Managing Director & Promoter Sandeep Aggarwal regarding market purchases of the company’s equity shares on March 16, 2026.According to the disclosures, Sanjay Aggarwal and Sandeep Aggarwal, along with other persons acting in concert (PACs) including Shashi Aggarwal, Kamla Aggarwal, Archana Aggarwal, Dhruv Aggarwal, Parth Aggarwal, Tushar Aggarwal, Shyam Sunder Aggarwal HUF, and Parul Aggarwal HUF, acquired a total of 80,000 shares and 61,896 shares, respectively, through open market transactions.
Prior to the acquisition, the combined holding of Sanjay Aggarwal and Sandeep Aggarwal and their PACs was 49.12% of the company's shares. Following the acquisitions, their collective holding increased to 49.16% of the company's shares.
The total equity share capital of Paramount Communications Limited amounts to 30,52,09,814 shares of a face value of Rs. 2 each, aggregating Rs. 61,04,19,628.
