Paramount Communications Limited announced that it received disclosures from Whole Time Director & Promoter, Sanjay Aggarwal, and Managing Director & Promoter, Sandeep Aggarwal, regarding market purchases of Equity Shares on March 23, 2026.According to the disclosures, Sanjay Aggarwal and his persons acting in concert acquired a total of 4,724 shares, increasing their holdings to 15,00,92,681 shares, representing 49.18% of the company’s total share and voting capital. Sandeep Aggarwal and his persons acting in concert acquired 20,000 shares, increasing their holdings to 15,01,12,681 shares, also representing 49.18% of the company’s total share and voting capital.
Prior to the acquisitions, Sanjay Aggarwal and his persons acting in concert held 15,00,87,957 shares, while Sandeep Aggarwal and his persons acting in concert held 15,00,92,681 shares. The equity share capital of the company totals 30,52,09,814 shares of Rs. 2/- each, aggregating Rs. 61,04,19,628. The acquisitions were made through open market transactions on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
