Pajson Agro India Ltd. has announced a trading window closure for designated individuals and their relatives, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.The company will announce the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, at a later date.
In accordance with SEBI guidelines, the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of designated persons related to the company's ISIN (INE14LM01012) will be frozen from the end of the financial year until the second trading day following the announcement of the company’s financial results. This restriction prevents trading in the company’s securities during this period.
