Motilal Oswal Alternates Investment Advisors, Axis Capital, and Nuvama Wealth Management have been appointed as the bankers for this endeavor.
Sources familiar with the matter indicate that if plans proceed as expected, the company aims to file its draft IPO papers by the end of the current financial year.
