Oswal Greentech Limited has appointed Mr. Alok Gupta as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The appointment was formalized by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on July 01, 2026, and is effective from the same date.

Mr. Gupta's appointment comes after careful consideration of the recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. As CFO, Mr. Gupta will spearhead financial strategy and operations across the company.

Extensive Finance Leadership Profile​

Mr. Alok Gupta brings over 20 years of cross-industry experience in finance leadership. He holds a Commerce degree (Hons.) from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI (2003). His professional expertise spans various sectors, including BFSI, fintech, ITES, and consultancy.

His skills encompass strategic financial planning, treasury management, capital allocation, regulatory compliance, IFRS/Ind AS reporting, internal controls, fundraising activities, and digital finance transformation.

Prior to joining Oswal Greentech Limited, Mr. Gupta served as Finance Head at Roi Net Solution Pvt. Ltd. from April 2024 to March 2026. In this role, he directed the financial strategy across multiple group companies, successfully led a Series A fundraising round, and drove ERP and fintech-led automation of financial reporting.

Furthermore, his career includes more than a decade (June 2012 - March 2023) spent at Moody's India as Assistant Vice President in Finance & Accounts. His responsibilities included coordinating statutory, internal, and tax audits with Big 4 firms, executing ERP implementation, providing valuation support, managing external commercial borrowing arrangements, and establishing SOX-aligned internal control frameworks.

Mr. Gupta’s earlier experience includes senior finance roles at Spice Mobiles Ltd. and Copal Partners (now mAquity), along with audit assignments at Moore Stephens, Dubai, and HKS & Associates, Delhi. He has also completed professional development programs in Ind AS and International Taxation from ICAL.
