Navi Mumbai, February 24, 2026: Organic Recycling Systems Limited (BSE: 543997) has secured a large-scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract for an integrated Compressed Bio-Gas project in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, marking a strategic expansion of its bioenergy portfolio.
The order has been awarded by Shreyam Manek Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. for the development of a state-of-the-art Integrated CBG and biofertilizer facility with a designed production capacity of 10 tons per day of CBG using agro feedstock. The facility will form part of a larger integrated modern gaushala ecosystem.

Project Scope and Execution Mandate​

Under the contract, Organic Recycling Systems will undertake equity participation along with comprehensive EPC execution. The scope includes:
  • Detailed engineering and technology integration
  • Supply of critical equipment
  • Construction and installation
  • Commissioning of the facility
The project is part of a broader roadmap involving deployment of 10 such integrated projects across various locations in Madhya Pradesh. The cumulative investment outlay for these projects is estimated between ₹500 crore and ₹600 crore over a three-year period.
