OptiValue Tek Consulting Limited Appoints Pramod Kumar T.C. as Chief Financial Officer
OptiValue Tek Consulting Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Pramod Kumar T.C. as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective March 27, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors during a meeting held on March 27, 2026.Mr. Pramod Kumar T.C. brings over 20 years of experience in finance management, accounting, business operations, sales administration, and inventory planning. He previously served as DGM-Finance at M/S HEALUX INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED from June 2015 to April 2025.
His expertise encompasses areas such as auditing, budgeting, MIS development, business continuity planning, internal control systems, and financial account consolidation. He also possesses experience in ERP software implementation and developing business plans to maximize revenue.
Mr. Pramod Kumar T.C. holds a B.Com from the University of Calicut-Kerala and a P.G. Diploma in Financial Management from IGNOU. The appointment was made following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. He is not restricted from holding the office of Key Managerial Personnel by any regulatory order.
