Following the acquisition, Onix Renewable Limited’s holdings total 70,00,000 shares, constituting 77.99% of the company’s share and voting capital.
Sarda Proteins Limited’s equity share capital was 17,25,900 shares, with a total voting capital of 1,72,59,000. The acquisition has increased the company’s equity share capital to 89,75,900 shares, with a total voting capital of 8,97,59,000. The total diluted share and voting capital also stands at 8,97,59,000.
