The acquisition, completed on March 18, 2026, represents 77.99% of the target company’s share and voting capital.Prior to the acquisition, Onix Renewable Limited held no shares in Sarda Proteins Limited. Following the acquisition, Onix Renewable Limited’s holdings total 70,00,000 shares, constituting 77.99% of the company’s share and voting capital.
Sarda Proteins Limited’s equity share capital was 17,25,900 shares, with a total voting capital of 1,72,59,000. The acquisition has increased the company’s equity share capital to 89,75,900 shares, with a total voting capital of 8,97,59,000. The total diluted share and voting capital also stands at 8,97,59,000.
