One 97 Communications Forms Indonesian Subsidiary
On April 10, 2026, One 97 Communications Ltd announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned step down subsidiary in Indonesia. The new entity is named PT PAYTM INDONESIA TEKNOLOGI, referred to as 'Paytm Indonesia'.The incorporation involved Paytm Cloud Technologies Limited ('PCTL'), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and Paytm Singapore Pte. Ltd., which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of PCTL.
For this new venture, the parties subscribed to 15,00,000 equity shares of Indonesian Rupiah 10,000 each in Paytm Indonesia. This subscription equates to an aggregate subscription amount of Indonesian Rupiah 15 billion. This figure is noted as being equivalent to approximately Indian Rupees Eight Crores Fifteen Lakh.
With this development, Paytm Indonesia has been incorporated as a wholly owned step down subsidiary of One 97 Communications Limited.
