The Committee resolved to fix the record date as April 29, 2026. This action pertains to the extinguishment/cancellation of shares, a process approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai bench vide its order dated July 31, 2025.
The cancellation applies to the entire equity shares, which are fully paid up, belonging to two groups:
1. Existing Promoters and the Promoters group.
2. Existing Public Shareholders.
