Octal Credit Capital Ltd. (NSE: 538894) announced the closure of its trading window for share transactions, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Designated Persons.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, are declared. The date of the board meeting to consider and declare these financial results will be communicated to the exchange at a later time.
