Oberoi Realty Enters Development Agreement for Malabar Hill Project
Oberoi Realty Limited announced today, March 31, 2026, that it has entered into a Development Agreement for the redevelopment of a land parcel of approximately 1,740 square meters located at Malabar Hill, Mumbai.The project involves the redevelopment of the land along with adjoining societies under a cluster development scheme. Oberoi Realty’s estimated entitlement of free sale component from the land is up to approximately 51,000 square feet, based on RERA Carpet area and subject to applicable regulations.
