Nupur Recyclers Limited Discloses Share Acquisition by Uninav Developers Private Limited
Nupur Recyclers Limited announced on March 18, 2026, that it received a disclosure from Uninav Developers Private Limited regarding the acquisition of 75,000 equity shares of the company on March 16, 2026. This acquisition represents approximately 0.11% of the company’s equity share capital.According to the disclosure, Uninav Developers Private Limited acquired the shares at a price of ₹51.54 per share, for a total consideration of ₹38,65,500 (Rupees Thirty Eight Lakh Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred only).
Anoop Garg, Director of Uninav Developers Private Limited, confirmed the transaction and stated that no provisions of the company's Code or applicable laws/regulations have been contravened as a result of the acquisition.
