
Nucleus Software Exports Limited Approves RSU Scheme and Trust Formation
Nucleus Software Exports Limited announced on March 25, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the termination of the ESOP Scheme - 2015 and dissolution of the Nucleus Software Employee Welfare Trust.
