NTPC Green Energy Limited and Nxtra Data Limited Sign MoU for Renewable Energy Projects
NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nxtra Data Limited (Nxtra) on March 24, 2026, at NTPC Bhawan, New Delhi. The agreement was formalized by Sh. Sarit Maheshwari, CEO (NGEL & NTPC REL), and Sh. Ashish Arora, CEO (Nxtra).The MoU focuses on exploring collaborative opportunities for the development of Renewable Energy Projects. These projects will supply Renewable Energy (RE) Round-the-Clock (RTC) power to Nxtra Datacenters across India for captive consumption.
