Mumbai – March 25, 2026 – Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited (Scrip Code: 540767 on the BSE, NAM-INDIA on the NSE) announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, to review and approve the audited financial results for both standalone and consolidated operations for the quarter and year concluding March 31, 2026. The board will also consider a recommendation for a dividend on equity shares, if applicable.In accordance with the company’s Personal Securities Trading Policy and Code of Practice & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, a trading window close period for designated and connected persons will be in effect from April 1, 2026, to April 29, 2026.
