NIIT Limited Announces 43rd Annual General Meeting and Recommends Dividend of Rs. 1 Per Share
NIIT Limited has announced the details for its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), set for September 9, 2026. The company also confirmed the record date related to the dividend recommendation for the financial year 2025-26.The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Members will be able to attend the meeting through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Earlier, the Board of Directors had recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share for Financial Year 2025-26, as previously communicated on May 14, 2026.
The company has designated Thursday, August 20, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend, should it be approved by members at the AGM.
Following approval of the dividend during the meeting, NIIT Limited plans to make the payment through permissible modes within 30 days. The company also noted that taxes will be withheld on the dividend payments in line with the requirements of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
