NIIT Learning Systems Limited, a global leader in managed learning services, announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of Financial Year 2026-2027, covering the period from April to June 2026. The company reported robust growth across key metrics as it continues to integrate AI into its offerings and expand its client base.

The company recorded a consolidated Net Revenue of Rs. 565.1 Cr in Q1 FY'27, marking a significant year-on-year increase of 25%. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs. 103.2 Cr, up 9% year-over-year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was reported at Rs. 57.4 Cr, reflecting a 16% growth compared to the previous fiscal year. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter was Rs. 4.17.

Strategic Focus on AI and Product Launch​

NIIT Learning leveraged its early investments in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including the development of an AI-learning platform that features an AI Coach, Simulation Manager, and a Signal Engine. These AI-enabled learning services contributed 13% of the revenue during the quarter.

The company launched the AI-ready L&D Enterprise series of products and services. This suite comprises four integrated solutions designed to assist organizations in transitioning toward an AI enabled future, including:
1. The AI Future Learning Operating Model
2. AI-Native Learning Architecture
3. AI Fluency for the Enterprise Workforce
4. Leaders to Manage a Human + AI Workforce

In terms of client expansion, NIIT Learning added three new global Long Term Annuity clients during the quarter. These clients included an industry leader in quantum computing, a global full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and scientific advisory partner, and a Fortune 500 global hospitality leader with over 20 world-class brands.

The company successfully expanded the scope of one existing contract and renewed three contracts during the period. The Long Term Annuity client count reached 113 at the close of the quarter, boosting revenue visibility to USD 462 Million, which represents a 19% increase year-over-year.
